Abstract:
Silitonga, Sella Marina. 2025. " The Influence of Inaportnet System Implementation on
Service Quality at PT Segara Ekualitas Abadi, Morowali Branch”
This study aims to analyze the influence of the Inaportnet system implementation on
service quality at PT Segara Ekualitas Abadi, Morowali Branch. The research background
is based on operational challenges faced by the company, including the ineffective
implementation of Inaportnet in agency processes, low quality of ship operational
management services, and frequent system errors. Using a descriptive quantitative
method, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 users of PT Segara
Ekualitas Abadi's services in Morowali. The results demonstrate that Inaportnet system
implementation significantly affects service quality, where an effective system enhances
productivity, accelerates ship services processes, and reduces data entry errors. These
findings indicate that the effectiveness of Inaportnet implementation is crucial for
optimizing service quality at PT Segara Ekualitas Abadi, Morowali Branch. The study
provides practical insights for improving port service systems through better technology
utilization while maintaining operational efficiency in maritime agency services.
