Nabila, Saskia. 2025. "Pengaruh Penggunaan E-Purchasing Terhadap Percepatan
Pengadaan Spare Part Kapal Di PT Sumberbumi Global Niaga”
This thesis examines the impact of e-purchasing on accelerating ship spare part
procurement at PT Sumberbumi Global Niaga. This research is motivated by the
challenges of manual ship spare part procurement, which results in delivery delays and
operational losses. Although PT Sumberbumi Global Niaga began implementing epurchasing in 2024 as part of its digitalization efforts, its implementation has not been
optimal, creating difficulties in data access for purchasing division employees and
potential data security risks.
This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through
questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents, consisting of onshore ship crews and
employees of the purchasing division of PT Sumberbumi Global Niaga, as well as
documentation in the form of procurement records, company policies, and annual reports.
Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical analysis, validity tests, reliability
tests, and simple linear regression analysis with the help of software. The results of the
study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of EPurchasing and the acceleration of ship spare part procurement. This is evidenced by the
coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.922 or 92.2%, which means that 92.2% of the
acceleration of ship spare part procurement is directly influenced by the use of EPurchasing. In addition, the significance value of 0.001 (smaller than 0.05) and t-count of
16,863 (greater than t-table 2.002) support that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is
accepted. Thus, the implementation of E-Purchasing plays a real role in improving
operational efficiency and optimizing logistics management in the maritime industry. |
