This study aims to analyze the influence of the Quality Control Team's performance at PT. Jasindo Duta Segara. The background of this research is based on the lack of optimal performance of the Quality Control Team, which has impacted the operational activities of the company's vessels. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 employees. The results of the study indicate that the performance of the Quality Control Team significantly influences the vessel operations at PT. Jasindo Duta Segara, with a contribution of 80.2% to operational performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company improves the Quality Control Team's performance to ensure optimal vessel operations.
