dc.description.abstract Nugroho, Seno Gayuh. 2025. “The Effect of Loading Delays and Berthing Schedules on the Performance of Special Terminals at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur” This study analyzes the impact of loading delays and berthing schedules on the performance of Special Terminals (Tersus) at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. Using a quantitative approach, this research identifies key issues related to operational efficiency and increased costs due to frequent delays in ship loading processes and berthing schedules, which are also influenced by weather and environmental factors. Data was collected through observation and documentation methods to analyze the relationships between variables. The research results indicate that both loading delays and berthing schedules partially have a significant influence on Tersus performance. Furthermore, the analysis shows that these two factors, simultaneously, contribute significantly (96%) to the Tersus performance variable. These findings confirm that loading delays and berthing schedules effectively impact terminal performance. The implications of this research highlight the need for PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur to continuously monitor and optimize loading and berthing scheduling processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate potential losses. en_US
