Clereance Kapal Terhadap Kedatangan Dan Keberangkatan Kapal Di Pt. Pelayaran
Korindo Cabang Surabaya – Gresik’’
This study aims to analyze the optimization of ship clearance services for arrivals and
departures at PT. Pelayaran Korindo, Surabaya–Gresik Branch. Main issues include
document delays, limited personnel, and communication barriers among agents, crew,
and authorities. The research uses a qualitative approach with observation, interviews,
and documentation. A purposive sample of operational staff was selected. Data were
analyzed using a fishbone diagram to identify root causes. Findings show delays are due
to limited manpower, long distances between offices, and lack of digital systems.
Solutions include adding staff, providing training, and digitizing the process. In
conclusion, improving human resources and adopting digital systems are key to
accelerating clearance services. Coordination and electronic administration are strongly
recommended. |
