dc.description.abstract Awalia Tanto, Rahmah. 2025. "Implementation of Green Port in Ship Waste Management to Support the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals at Tanjung Priok Port” Tanjung Priok Port, as the busiest port in Indonesia, generates a large volume of ship waste, including liquid, solid, and hazardous (B3) waste. If not properly managed, this waste can pollute the marine environment and pose risks to public health. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Green Port concept in ship waste management and to evaluate the effectiveness of the Port Waste Management System (PWMS) and Port Reception Facilities (PRF). The main research problems are how the Green Port is implemented at Tanjung Priok Port and what factors hinder the utilization of PRF by ship operators. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation and documentation. The analysis uses the SWOT method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to identify internal and external factors in the implementation of the Green Port. The SWOT analysis results show that while supporting infrastructure is already available, weak coordination and limited socialization remain key obstacles. Improvement strategies include simplifying waste reporting procedures, strengthening the role of supervisory institutions, and providing continuous education to stakeholders. The study concludes that the implementation of the Green Port at Tanjung Priok Port is underway but not yet optimal. A systematic, educational, and collaborative approach involving port authorities, ship operators, and waste management providers is necessary to improve the effectiveness of ship waste management. The author recommends simplifying the waste reporting process, enhancing PRF capacity, and offering incentives to vessels that comply with sustainable waste reporting practices. en_US
