PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI ISO 45001:2018 TERHADAP TINGKAT KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA PADA KAPAL LNG/C TRIPUTRA

"The Effect of ISO 45001:2018 Implementation on the Level of Occupational Health and Safety on the Triputra LNG/C Vessel” This study examines the influence of the implementation of ISO 45001:2018 on the level of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) aboard the LNG/C Triputra vessel managed by PT Humolco LNG Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 crew members and employees of the QSSHe department. The results of correlation analysis showed a strong positive relationship (r = 0.807) between ISO 45001:2018 implementation and K3 performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicated that 65.2% of the variation in K3 levels could be explained by ISO 45001:2018 implementation, with the remaining 34.8% attributed to other factors. Regression analysis further confirmed a significant positive impact (t-value = 7.856 > ttable = 2.034), supporting the hypothesis that ISO 45001:2018 effectively enhances K3 aboard the vessel. The findings suggest that PT Humolco LNG Indonesia should maintain and innovate its K3 management practices, such as investing in automation and monitoring technologies, to further reduce workplace accidents and injuries.
