dc.description.abstract This study aims to develop and evaluate a prototype of a web-based Electronic Seafarer Book Collection (e-SBC) application at the Indonesian Transportation Attaché in Singapore. The e-SBC application is designed to optimize the process of collecting Seafarer books by replacing the manual system with digital forms. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for application development, which includes the following stages: requirements planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation. The e-SBC application is built using the Nuxt.js framework for the front-end and Nest.js for the back-end, with a MySQL database. The quality testing of the e-SBC application is based on the international standard ISO/IEC 25010:2023. The evaluation of the e-SBC application quality testing involved 118 respondents consisting of 109 Seafarers, 6 Company Representatives, 1 Local Transportation Attaché Staff, and 2 Cadets through the distribution of an online questionnaire using Google Forms. The evaluation results with ISO/IEC 25010:2023 show that the e-SBC application obtained an average functional suitability score of 4.52 in the “very good” category, performance efficiency of 4.47 in the “very good” category, compatibility of 4.40 in the “very good” category, and interaction capability of 4.50 in the “very good” category. The overall average quality testing score for the application was 4.47, which falls under the “very good” category. These results indicate that the e-SBC application meets the ISO/IEC 25010:2023 software quality standards and is suitable for use as a Seafarer's book retrieval application at the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation's Attaché Office in Singapore. en_US
