dc.description.abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of vessel maintenance standards and maintenance activity monitoring on the technical condition of state-owned navigational vessels. Structured maintenance and consistent supervision are essential in ensuring operational reliability, particularly in supporting aids to navigation (AtoN) services. A quantitative approach was applied through surveys involving vessel crew members and technical officers at the Class I Navigation District of Tanjung Pinang. The data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression to assess both individual and combined effects of the variables. The results show that maintenance standards have a more dominant influence on vessel condition compared to monitoring activities, although both contribute significantly when combined (R2 = 0.78). These findings underscore the importance of integrating standard procedures with regular supervision within vessel maintenance management systems to improve safety, efficiency, and the operational sustainability of state-owned vessels. en_US
